Cancellation & Refund Policy

We have a strict no refund policy. Upon booking an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the total on their invoice is a non-refundable deposit. In order to receive a full credit to use at a later time, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to hello@ordercured.com more than seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery date. If cancelling within 7 days of your date and up to 2 days prior, we can only issue a full credit. If cancelling within 48 hours of your booked date, no credits will be issued. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Store Pick Up Address

All pick up orders must be placed in advance on the online ordering system.  Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email including your pick up time slot, and instructions.  Pick up address is  995 Dupont St. Toronto.


Shipping

All shipping orders will be made and shipped out the following business day, once an order is confirmed and paid.  We unfortunately can not guarantee arrival dates, given the current delays with customs and shipping channels.  For a slightly more accurate estimate on current shipping times -- please email us at hello@ordercured.com

 

Social Responsibility Requirements

All alcohol delivery must be accepted by a recipient over 19 years of age.  Identification must reasonably appear to have been issued by a government and include the person’s photograph and date of birth.

Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • an Ontario Driver’s Licence with photo;
  • a Canadian passport;
  • a Canadian Citizenship Card with photo;
  • a Canadian Armed Forces Identification Card with photo;
  • an LCBO BYID photo card;
  • a secure Indian Status Card (Canadian);
  • a Permanent Resident Card (Canadian);
  • a photo card issued under the Photo Card Act.

It is against our policy, and the law to supply or deliver liquor to anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated. or appears to be intoxicated.
