  • Contest runs from April 1st 2025 to June 30th 2025, with one winner drawn on the last day of each month.

WANTED SNACKS MONTHLY DRAW — OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

1. SPONSOR
The “Wanted Snacks” Contest (the “Contest”) is administered by Cured Catering Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of Cured and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

4. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest runs on a monthly basis, beginning on the first calendar day of each month at 12:00 AM EST and ending on the last calendar day of that same month at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted outside the contest period will not be
eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must complete the online “Snack Sighting Report” form above. Each valid submission (with name, email, and sighting details) qualifies as one (1) entry into the monthly draw.

Optional bonus
entries may be granted for: - Uploading a photo on Socials - Sharing the sighting on Instagram using the hashtag
#SnackAlert and tagging @ordercured Maximum of three (3) entries per person per month.

6. PRIZE
Each month, one (1) eligible entrant will win one (1) standard Cured cheese or charcuterie tray, with an approximate
retail value of $150 CAD. Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or transferred.
Prize delivery is limited to addresses within Cured’s regular delivery zones (Greater Toronto Area). If the winner is
outside of the eligible delivery area, an alternate prize of equal value may be offered at Cured’s discretion.


7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One winner will be selected by random draw within five (5) days following the end of each contest period. The
selected entrant will be contacted via the email provided on their entry form. To be declared a winner, the selected
entrant must: - Respond within 72 hours - Answer a skill-testing question (as required under Canadian law) If the
selected entrant fails to respond or answer the skill-testing question, another entrant may be selected.


8. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.


9. PUBLICITY CONSENT
By entering, participants agree that their first name, submitted sighting description, and any submitted images may be
used by Cured for promotional purposes (including but not limited to social media, email, and website content) without
additional consent or compensation.


10. PRIVACY

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Cured reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Contest at any time, without notice, in the event of any
fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its reasonable control. By participating, entrants agree to abide by
these Official Rules and the decisions of Cured, which shall be final and binding.
